1338 (Seaham) Squadron are proud to announce that we have been awarded a £25,000 grant for a new minibus. The grant was awarded by the Armed Forces Community Covenant Grant and Durham Community Foundation, whom we would sincerely like to thank. This means we can invest in a brand new minibus to replace our current minibus. Whilst it has served us loyally for 18 years, a new minibus has been on the agenda for Seaham squadron for a number of years, with cadets and staff making every effort to raise money for it through bag packs. We have managed to raise approximately £8,500 which can now be invested in improving the squadron with the purchase of some new IT equipment to improve the training capabilities available. Let the minibus shopping begin!
